Cancellation Policy

Session bookings

You may cancel or reschedule any session free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable. Missed sessions (no-shows) are treated as late cancellations.

Protocols

Protocol bookings follow the same rule: free cancellation up to 24 hours before the protocol start time; within 24 hours the booking is non-refundable.

Memberships

Memberships are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no pro-rata refunds are issued for the remainder of the period. Included sessions do not roll over after cancellation.

How to cancel

Cancel from your account page, or contact us at info@botthms.co.za with your booking reference. The timestamp of your request determines whether the 24-hour window applies.
