Included sessions

Each tier includes core sessions per month (Boots, Ice Bath, Sauna, Red Light — mix and match): 5 on Recover, 10 on Perform, 20 on Elite. Plus separate Oxygen Therapy sessions: 1 on Recover, 3 on Perform, 5 on Elite.

Beyond your cap

Members pay member rates — the same standing discount on every service, regardless of tier. It's why the membership pays for itself.

Hard caps, no surprises

Caps are firm. We don't sell unlimited because that's how recovery clubs go out of business — and how members end up paying for other people's overuse.

Frequently asked
You keep booking — at member rates. Your tier gives you two pools each month (core sessions and Oxygen Therapy) with their own caps. Once either pool is used up, every additional session is charged at the standing member rate. The same member rate applies to any service outside the membership — Sports Massage, Hyperbaric, Physio, Vacuum, InBody, Cold Compression — from the day you join.
