InBody Scan

Stop guessing. Measure what training actually changes.

A 10-minute slot — about 60 seconds on the device, the rest spent reading your results with staff.

What it does

A 60-second bioelectrical impedance scan that breaks your weight down into what actually matters — muscle, fat, and water — segment by segment, so you can track whether your training and nutrition are moving the right numbers.

Stop guessing. Measure what training actually changes.

  • Skeletal muscle mass and body fat mass, measured not estimated
  • Segmental breakdown — left vs right arm, trunk, each leg
  • Visceral fat level, the fat that matters most for health
  • Total body water and intracellular/extracellular balance
  • A repeatable baseline you can re-test to prove progress
The science

InBody uses multi-frequency bioelectrical impedance analysis — sending tiny, painless currents through the body and measuring resistance across each segment. Because muscle, fat and water conduct differently, it resolves your composition far more precisely than a scale or a BMI number, and without the guesswork of caliper pinch tests.

Who it's for
01

Anyone changing their body

Cutting fat or building muscle — the scale can stay flat while your composition shifts underneath. The scan shows what the scale hides.

02

Training and recovery tracking

Re-test every 4–8 weeks to confirm your programme is adding muscle and not just weight, and that recovery is keeping water balance in check.

03

A health baseline

Visceral fat and segmental balance are early signals worth knowing. One scan gives you a number to work from and to beat.

Session timeline
01
Prep
Best done before eating and before training, shoes and socks off. Come as you are — no fasting protocol required for a useful reading.
02
Scan
Stand on the device and hold the handles. Stay still for about a minute while the currents map each segment of your body.
03
Results
A printed sheet with your muscle, fat, water and visceral fat numbers, plus the segmental breakdown.
04
Read it
Staff walk you through what each number means and which ones to focus on for your goal.
05
Re-test
Book a follow-up in 4–8 weeks. The second scan is where the value lives — that is when you see what changed.

Frequently asked
A scale gives you one number — total weight. The InBody breaks that weight into muscle, fat and water, and shows it segment by segment. Two people at the same weight can have completely different bodies, and this is how you see it.
