Who we are

Botthms Wellness Hub is operated by Botthms (Pty) Ltd, located at Randpark Golf Club, Randburg, South Africa. These terms govern your use of wellness.botthms.co.za and the services booked through it.

Bookings and payment

Bookings are confirmed on completion of the booking flow. Payment is taken online via our payment provider, from your wallet or membership allowance, or at the venue, depending on the option selected at booking.

Prices shown at the time of booking apply. Member rates require an active membership at the time of the session.

Health and participation

Recovery services involve heat, cold, pressure and physical therapies. You confirm that you are in adequate health to participate and that you will disclose relevant medical conditions before your session. If you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, or are under medical treatment, consult your doctor before booking. Our team may decline or adapt a service where there is a safety concern.

Cancellations

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy: free up to 24 hours before your start time; within 24 hours bookings are non-refundable.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Botthms (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the hub or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
