Protocols

Seven protocols.
Seven prescriptions.

Not bundles. Each is an evidence-led sequence — order, dose, and timing drawn from peer-reviewed research. Built around how recovery actually compounds.

Guided sessions

What's a protocol?

In one sentence

A protocol is a guided sequence — several recovery systems done in a specific order, for a specific goal. We tell you what to do, when, and for how long. You just show up and follow along.

Why order matters

The body doesn't recover in parallel.

A protocol isn't a menu — it's a sequence. The order you stack ice, heat, and compression changes what the body does with the signal. Cold before heavy strength training blunts hypertrophy adaptations. Cold after conditioning enhances vagal tone. Heat before bed primes sleep onset. Heat at the wrong time leaves you tired the wrong way.

These protocols aren't bundles. Each is a prescription — order, dose, and timing drawn from the recovery literature, then sequenced for the outcome you actually want.
